What you will do

• Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of recommendation systems for major customer journeys.
• Define technical roadmaps with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Architect scalable and reliable model ecosystems for recommendation use cases.
• Establish best practices for ML modeling, data organization, model management, and observability.
• Mentor and help grow a high-performing team of engineers focused on recommendation modeling.
• Advise AI leadership on recommendation technologies while ensuring data privacy and security compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI/ML.
• 15+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience in production environments.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML recommendation systems.
• Experience leading technical decisions for teams of at least 15 people.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• 5+ years of experience building cross-functional partnerships with product and business teams.
