Analyst, Analytics (Automotive Finance)

Location: Plano, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with an expectation to be onsite at hirify.global Headquarters 2-3 days per week

What you will do

• Identify business needs and frame analytical questions.
• Acquire, organize, clean, and analyze data using coding and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Develop analyses, reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate trends and actionable insights.
• Present strategic recommendations and technical concepts to management and non-technical audiences.
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Servicing, Insurance, Risk, Technology, Legal/Compliance, Finance, Treasury, and Commercial Lending.
• Support implementation, monitoring, and measurement of recommended actions while developing expertise in the assigned business area.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a similar quantitative STEM field.
• At least 1 year of equivalent and relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated SQL coding experience; Python is used by certain Analytics teams. Coding is tested during the interview process.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, data acquisition, data manipulation, data cleaning, and basic statistics.
• Experience presenting recommendations to management and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future hirify.global immigration support or visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant quantitative field.
• Background in auto finance or consumer lending.
• Intermediate to advanced statistics knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python for roles within the Loan Servicing or Enterprise Reporting & Analytics teams.
• Experience with Tableau for Enterprise Reporting & Analytics roles.
