Sr Staff Engineer — AI Security Architecture (AI)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade agentic AI systems, including ReAct loops, tool orchestration, and RAG pipelines, using Python.
• Create complex, domain-rich prompts for reliable and repeatable LLM-powered security workflows.
• Conduct AI-assisted architecture and secure design reviews, identify weaknesses, and guide engineering teams toward secure-by-default solutions.
• Advise enterprise engineering teams on security architecture, design quality, and production readiness.
• Integrate Azure AD, Azure DevOps, Slack, and internal APIs while addressing authentication and governance requirements.
• Build infrastructure-as-code and automation with Terraform and/or Ansible, and secure CI/CD, networking, containers, and orchestration platforms.

Requirements

• Strong background in security architecture and experience designing scalable automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience building fully agentic AI systems and shipping production AI/ML systems or security automation tooling.
• Production-grade Python skills and experience writing complex prompts for production LLM workflows.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML security risks, assisted coding workflows, identity and access patterns, OAuth/OIDC, and enterprise authentication.
• Experience with Terraform and/or Ansible, CI/CD, networking, containerization, and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• 8+ years of relevant software engineering, security engineering, or hybrid architecture experience; 3+ years with a major cloud provider, preferably Azure. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience is required.
