Technical Product Owner (Cloud Engineering Platform): Driving the development and evolution of scalable, secure cloud infrastructure and platform services with an accent on developer productivity, cloud-native architecture, security, networking, and IAM. Focus on owning the product lifecycle, prioritizing platform capabilities, measuring performance and business value, and coordinating engineering teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
Location: Plano, Texas, United States. Applicants must already have the right to work in the United States and must not require employment-based visa or work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do
- Own the full product lifecycle for cloud engineering platforms, from vision and strategy through release and iteration.
- Gather technical requirements and prioritize features that improve developer productivity and platform scalability.
- Lead roadmap planning and backlog refinement using agile methodologies.
- Drive adoption of cloud-native patterns, including microservices, event-driven architecture, and modular design.
- Champion software development, automation, security, networking, and IAM best practices.
- Define KPIs, communicate product vision and progress, and manage vendor and partner relationships.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technology implementations, product management, and technical leadership.
- 4+ years of product management experience focused on technical platforms and 2+ years of people management experience.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex products in agile environments.
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies and modern software development practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field.
- Current United States work authorization without requiring Toyota immigration support or sponsorship is mandatory.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in computer science or software engineering.
- 3+ years of experience building and scaling horizontal platforms or cloud-native applications.
- AWS Associate-level certification.
- Experience architecting large-scale, mission-critical cloud solutions for enterprises.
