TL;DR
Test Manager (Data Focus) (Enterprise Data Testing and Automation): Defining and governing end-to-end testing across applications, integrations, data platforms, environments, and delivery teams with an accent on scalable automation and data quality. Focus on integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, coordinating complex platform dependencies, and providing evidence-based release readiness recommendations.

What you will do
- Own and evolve the General Merchandise test strategy, automation strategy, and integrated test plan.
- Coordinate functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, performance, operational readiness, and business acceptance testing.
- Design and improve scalable, reusable test automation frameworks and automated test suites.
- Integrate automated smoke, regression, and integration tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Coordinate testing across applications, Blue Yonder, WMS, RMS, Snowflake, data platforms, and dependent systems.
- Govern test environments and test data, manage defects and risks, and provide release readiness recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven test management experience across complex enterprise technology landscapes and large-scale delivery programs.
- Strong knowledge of functional, integration, end-to-end, regression, performance, operational readiness, and business acceptance testing.
- Hands-on experience with test automation strategies, frameworks, tools, standards, and best practices.
- Practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration.
- Experience with ETL/ELT data flows, data orchestration, cloud environments, data quality tools, and data testing methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, analytical, and coordination skills.
