What you will do
- Support users of Joint Clinical Assessment digital tools and provide guidance on the EU survey tool.
- Update process documentation across systems and platforms and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
- Coordinate user testing, manage issues, collect feedback, and escalate user requests when needed.
- Work with stakeholders to improve dashboards and IT solutions supporting JCA processes.
- Monitor shared mailboxes and prepare reports on user requests, business needs, and IT enhancements.
- Contribute to process improvements and explore the use of AI in JCA activities.
Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology, Health Technology Assessment, Health Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Experience supporting users, IT tools, or business processes.
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent English and good French are required.
- Interest in EU health and food safety policy and willingness to learn new IT tools and technologies.
