Accounts Payable Analyst (Insurance)

Location: Cincinnati, OH, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days working from home. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Support the Accounts Payable team in processing, evaluating, and reporting expenditures.
• Investigate unusual or erroneous banking transactions and returns.
• Initiate wire, ACH, and check disbursements.
• Enter payment requisitions in Workday and complete quality and accuracy checks.
• Coordinate with approvers to ensure accurate expense coding.
• Respond to internal and external disbursement queries and support accounts payable control procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounts payable processing experience in a fast-paced department.
• Knowledge of ACH transfers and wire payments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, projects, and deadlines while working independently and collaboratively.
• U.S. work authorization required; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Workday General Ledger and Accounts Payable experience.
• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance.
