Senior Producer (Star Trek Fleet Command)

What you will do

• Lead, inform, motivate, and align multidisciplinary project teams around shared delivery goals.
• Coordinate production, triage, requirement gathering, dependency identification, capacity planning, and release planning.
• Work with feature and content teams, product and art teams, and senior game leadership to deliver updates for Star Trek Fleet Command.
• Track project status and progress to ensure capabilities are delivered to players on time.
• Maintain and improve team processes, including retrospectives and sprint planning.
• Support other producers and help improve how the wider game team operates.

Requirements

• Highly experienced working in game development teams.
• Experience working on a live game with detailed dependencies between projects and updates.
• Experience with game content and strong communication and people-interaction skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile practices and experience working with JIRA.
• Highly structured and well-organized approach, with the ability to rapidly prioritize multiple issues.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-team discussions and organization; résumé/CV must be written in English.
