Dental Technician With Testing

What you will do

• Test and validate automatic design proposals for dental products, checking accuracy and clinical relevance.
• Perform CAD/CAM design using digital dentistry tools.
• Provide feedback to the development team and translate testing outcomes into clear requirements and expected results.
• Identify, investigate, and document issues in automated design algorithms.
• Collaborate with algorithm, UI, backend, and infrastructure specialists to improve product quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and suggest improvements to testing workflows and product features.

Requirements

• Diploma, professional qualification, or practical professional background as a Dental Technician.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Dental Technician.
• Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, prosthetic workflows, and CAD design principles.
• Ability to analyze customer requests, validate input data, investigate CAD design issues, and define expected CAD output.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Dental System or other CAD design software.
• Understanding of 3D geometry and digital dental workflows.
• Experience designing dentures or removable prosthetics.
• Experience creating and executing test cases or validating digital dental workflows.
• Familiarity with software development, QA processes, Scrum, or another Agile framework.
