TL;DR
Product Owner (Healthcare Software): Translating product strategy into prioritized backlogs, user stories, and actionable development tasks for software supporting blood, plasma, tissue, and cell and gene therapy organizations with an accent on customer needs, Scrum delivery, and product requirements. Focus on defining acceptance criteria, sequencing technical infrastructure, and guiding development teams toward validated healthcare software products.
Location: Skopje, North Macedonia; hybrid work with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Translate product strategy and vision into an actionable, prioritized product backlog.
- Create and elaborate epics, user stories, product specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Represent customer needs to the development team and continuously gather market and customer insights.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Solution Architects, Engineering, and Scrum teams on feature prioritization and technical sequencing.
- Support the Scrum team throughout development and help ensure software meets product expectations.
- Develop practical solutions to client problems and contribute to product roadmaps and program presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant domain.
- Technical background with experience in product management or specialist business analysis.
- Experience gathering, organizing, and communicating requirements from multiple sources.
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile software development, plus an understanding of software development processes and product architecture.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, communication, teamwork, and conflict-resolution skills.
- High-quality written and spoken English is required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of tissue, stem and cord blood banking, cell and gene therapies, blood banking, or hospital blood transfusion.
- Knowledge of or similar blood management software.
- Experience in product management, software development, testing, release processes, or regulated and validated information systems.
