Internship Credit Risk Policies & Frameworks

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in the office

hirify.global supports ING’s global banking operations, including the development and oversight of credit risk policies and procedures.

What you will do

• Work in groups to update credit risk policies that ING must follow globally.
• Test whether employees adhere to established credit risk policies.
• Collaborate with and receive training from junior and senior policy experts.
• Meet stakeholders outside the team to discuss policies and gather input.
• Identify process issues and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Be a Bachelor’s or Master’s student, with at least three years of study completed.
• Have a strong interest in banking and credit risk.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bring high ambition, energy, and strong organisational and project management skills.
• Fluent English is required; Dutch is not required.
