Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Munich, Germany; on-site warehouse role

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end material flow, including goods receipt, system booking, storage, and demand-driven staging for development projects.
• Prepare and coordinate outbound deliveries, ensuring goods are shipped on time, accurately, and in good condition.
• Establish and maintain 5S standards through clear labeling, organized storage locations, and consistent warehouse cleanliness.
• Optimize warehouse workflows and layouts to reduce search times and improve access to prototype parts.
• Handle materials directly, including unloading deliveries, packaging sensitive assemblies, and setting up racking systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular stock counts, manage shortages, and apply basic ESD protection for electronic components.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship in warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification is preferred.
• Initial experience in warehouse and shipping operations.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse logistics, outbound goods handling, and load securing.
• Experience operating industrial trucks such as forklifts is advantageous.
• Hands-on, proactive, accurate, reliable, and collaborative working style.
• Physical capability to regularly lift, stand, and move materials and equipment safely.
