Protection Supervisor - Case Management (Rule of Law)

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine; full-time work in the office. Travel to other locations is required for up to 30% of the time, and occasional weekend work may be needed.

What you will do

• Provide individual supervision and technical support throughout the protection case management process.
• Conduct reflective supervision, mentoring, coaching, field visits, shadowing, and practical feedback sessions.
• Review case files in PCMIMS+ and approve case closures.
• Support complex and high-risk cases through case conferences and safety planning.
• Monitor caseloads, data quality, and supervision reporting, recommending redistribution when needed.
• Strengthen IRC and partner capacity through training, collaboration, feedback mechanisms, safeguarding, and staff wellbeing support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Law, Human Rights, International Development, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of relevant protection case management experience.
• Experience in supervision, mentoring, or coaching, with knowledge of humanitarian protection practices.
• Strong knowledge of referral pathways, safeguarding, confidentiality, data protection, and digital case management systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, PCMIMS+, Primero, or CommCare, alongside strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in Ukrainian is required; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
