Data Analytics Manager

Location: Tallinn, Estonia; hybrid with at least 12 monthly in-office days

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 2–4 analysts, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Measure the incremental impact of Delivery marketing initiatives across channels and markets.
• Optimise Delivery marketing investment and capital allocation to maximise incremental return.
• Build measurement roadmaps, frameworks, playbooks, and automation that scale analytical work.
• Partner with senior marketing leadership, CRM, central management, and external platforms including Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Use AI to improve process efficiency while maintaining accountability for analytical quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with large volumes of data and solving analytical problems.
• 1+ years of experience managing or mentoring analysts and leading analytical work through influence.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing.
• Proficiency in at least one BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, with strong data visualisation skills.
• Experience communicating complex insights to senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional analytical projects end-to-end.
