TL;DR
Middle QA Engineer (AI/SaaS): Ensuring the quality of data-intensive web applications and microservice-based platforms with an accent on functional, API, regression, smoke, UAT, and AI-output testing. What you will do
- Support quality assurance for data-intensive web applications and microservice-based platforms.
- Perform UI and API testing across multiple technology stacks.
- Design functional, regression, smoke, UAT, edge-case, and negative test scenarios.
- Validate AI-generated outputs and AI-powered functionality for accuracy, consistency, reliability, usability, and business relevance.
- Maintain existing test suites and contribute to QA automation initiatives.
- Analyze defects, test artifacts, quality metrics, and Allure reports.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of QA experience in enterprise or SaaS environments.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, defect management, quality metrics, and test documentation.
- Experience with Git, GitHub workflows, CI/CD concepts, Docker, Postman or curl, and multi-environment testing.
- At least 1 year of experience testing AI-enabled products, including Generative AI, LLMs, AI copilots, prompt testing, and AI-output validation.
- Ability to identify hallucinations, bias, prompt sensitivity, inconsistent responses, and other AI risks.
- Upper-intermediate English required.
Nice to have
- Experience with financial, analytics, or data-heavy SaaS products.
- Basic SQL, Excel, and PDF-based result verification skills.
