Principal / Senior Engineer, Data Analytics & Management, Technical Operations Management (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Own test analytics strategies for Wafer Sort, Burn-In, and Final Test, including yield learning, excursion monitoring, outlier detection, and quality monitoring.
• Develop and optimize quality screening methods such as PAT, Statistical Bin Limits, dynamic guard-banding, clustering, and test escape prevention.
• Own the manufacturing analytics platform ecosystem, including Databricks, JMP, Power BI, and yield-related tools.
• Define platform roadmaps, governance, deployment strategies, reporting standards, and user adoption plans.
• Define integration strategies across foundries, OSATs, MES, quality management systems, and analytics platforms.
• Design semiconductor manufacturing data solutions, including databases, ETL pipelines, dashboards, cloud architectures, automated reporting, and engineering productivity tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of semiconductor industry experience for Senior Engineer level or 8 years for Principal Engineer level.
• Experience analyzing semiconductor manufacturing, yield, test, reliability, and quality datasets.
• Hands-on experience with STDF, ATDF, MES, manufacturing databases, and semiconductor data ecosystems.
• Experience with Databricks, JMP, yield tools, SPC, PAT, SBL, outlier detection, clustering analysis, and quality screening.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, JMP, Power BI, Tableau, Excel/VBA, or equivalent analytics tools, plus knowledge of ATE test operations and semiconductor manufacturing flows.
