TL;DR
AI Data Engineer (Databricks/Microsoft Fabric): Designing, building and maintaining data pipelines, integrations and data structures to support AI, machine learning, analytics and automation solutions with an accent on medallion architecture and reliable ETL/ELT processes. Focus on feature engineering, preparing governed training datasets, and optimizing data flows within the Microsoft enterprise ecosystem.
Location: Onsite in Singapore (Open only to SG/PR candidates)

What you will do
- Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for AI and analytics using Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
- Integrate data across Microsoft enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and business applications via APIs and connectors.
- Implement data quality monitoring, error handling, lineage, and auditability for all datasets.
- Support AI/ML engineers with feature engineering and the creation of training and evaluation datasets.
- Apply strict data governance, security, and privacy controls to all data solutions.
- Document data flows, transformations, and dependencies to ensure architectural alignment.
Requirements
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (SG/PR).
- 5+ years of experience in designing and maintaining data pipelines or integrations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python/PySpark for data processing and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or Databricks utilizing medallion architecture.
- Knowledge of dimensional modeling, data normalization, and platform design.
- Experience with CI/CD and git-based deployment workflows.
Nice to have
- Microsoft certifications.
- Experience with Copilot 365, Copilot Studio, Github Copilot, or Azure data services.
