What you will do

• Develop and refine client analytics platforms for the Prime Brokerage and Synthetic Financing businesses.
• Model and attribute PnL, capital, and returns across client and business dimensions.
• Develop external and internal client performance metrics to support management, trading, sales, and client discussions.
• Design, build, and maintain the technology stack and data infrastructure supporting Client Analytics.
• Identify and execute revenue and return optimization opportunities, including pricing new clients and optimizing existing business.
• Build Agentic AI solutions to address business problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in applied mathematics, engineering, physics, finance, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a quantitative role.
• Strong programming skills in C++, Java, Python, or an equivalent language.
• Strong understanding of advanced statistics and probability, with a track record of solving quantitative problems and delivering results in high-pressure environments.
• Interest in data engineering and infrastructure development, including data pipeline and database design.
• Strong communication, initiative, multitasking, and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Knowledge of financial markets.
• Understanding of Prime Brokerage products.
