AI Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with business counterparts to identify operational bottlenecks and build tools that address them.
• Gather requirements, secure data access, and collaborate autonomously across customer success, exchange operations, trading, and custody.
• Prototype and ship solutions using n8n, Make, Zapier, Lovable, custom Python, and other appropriate tools.
• Build and maintain production AI systems, including RAG pipelines, conversational interfaces, workflow automation, and internal agents.
• Run workshops and training sessions that help non-technical teams adopt delivered tools.
• Define metrics, track results, and communicate the operational impact of shipped solutions.

Requirements

• Portfolio of shipped tools, personal projects, public demos, write-ups, walkthroughs, or live applications.
• Practical experience using LLMs and coordinating multiple coding agents to match model capability with task complexity.
• Production experience with evaluations, error handling, and observability.
• Process-driven approach with clear documentation, standard operating procedures, and checklists.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical work into business outcomes.
• 5+ years of formal experience in a role involving tools used by real users.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, or pgvector.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Basic Docker and containerization knowledge.
• Exposure to blockchain or trading concepts.
