Device Enablement Specialist I (Remote Patient Monitoring): Providing phone-based installation, configuration, troubleshooting, retrieval, and level 2 technical support for remote patient monitoring devices and healthcare technology platforms with an accent on patient-facing communication, device connectivity, and issue resolution. Focus on configuring cellular, modem, and broadband connections, managing equipment returns and support tickets, and maintaining accurate records in healthcare systems.
Location: Fully remote, U.S.-based position. Full-time hourly role with 8-hour weekday shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.; weekend shifts may be added in the future. Travel is 10% or less.

What you will do
- Schedule, coordinate, confirm, and conduct phone-assisted installation appointments for remote patient monitoring equipment.
- Configure devices and connections, including cellular, modem, broadband, pairing, software, applications, and related systems.
- Provide technical support and level 2 issue resolution through phone, email, and other electronic channels while meeting service level agreements.
- Use the Company’s Management Console and Validic Impact platform to support healthcare technology and maintain accurate data records.
- Create support accounts, tickets, and Return Management Authorizations for faulty equipment returned to manufacturers.
- Identify operational issues, suggest improvements, contribute to training materials, and maintain high-quality patient experiences.
Requirements
- High school education, GED, or equivalent education and experience.
- Certified Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
- At least two years of call center, service desk, or customer support experience required.
- Experience with IT and office automation applications, email, and web browsers.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn new technology quickly, type accurately, and communicate with nontechnical users.
Nice to have
- At least one year of experience supporting hardware and software issues.
- At least one year of remote patient monitoring experience.
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or third-party logistics.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to mentor less-experienced colleagues.
