Senior AI Security Architect

Location: Work at Home in Kentucky or within 60 minutes of Louisville, NYC Metro, Dallas Metro, Charlotte NC Metro, Tampa, Miami, Washington DC Metro, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, or Nashville; relocation within 12 months may be required. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $117,600–$161,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Design security architectures and technical patterns for AI technology solutions across business, information technology, and security domains.
• Develop security requirements and safeguards for GenAI, model, MCP, agentic AI, application, and software integration solutions.
• Lead threat modeling, risk analyses, and security assessments for enterprise and EIP infrastructure.
• Identify emerging AI security threats and design architecture elements to mitigate them.
• Align AI security architecture, infrastructure, and security strategy with business and technology priorities.
• Research, evaluate, and support implementation of AI security testing tools, frameworks, and utilities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in technical cybersecurity architecture.
• At least 1 year of experience in artificial intelligence security and integrating cybersecurity technologies with existing technologies.
• Experience implementing cybersecurity technologies with enterprise-wide impact.
• Ability to work from the specified U.S. locations and relocate within 12 months if required.
• Dedicated home-office space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI and HIPAA information.
• High-speed internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload; satellite and wireless internet are not allowed.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a technical field.
• CISSP or CEH certification.
• Experience with MCP, AISPM, LLM Firewall, DSPM, NIST AI RMF, and OWASP Top 10 for LLM.
• Experience with architectural threat modeling, cloud infrastructure security, and cloud security architecture.
• Background in information security architecture, security program development, strategy transformation, and hybrid solutions design.
