Intelligent Automation Engineer (UiPath)

What you will do

• Support automation project workstreams under senior guidance, contributing to scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Analyze data and business information and help prepare client recommendations.
• Collaborate with automation specialists to design and deliver solutions using UiPath.
• Build intelligent data extraction use cases with UiPath IXP for emails, contracts, invoices, and other unstructured or semi-structured data.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate with project teams, subject matter experts, and business users.
• Develop consulting skills and identify opportunities to add value to client engagements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on UiPath experience.
• Practical experience with UiPath IXP (Intelligent Xtraction and Processing).
• Knowledge of at least one consulting area, such as strategy, transformation, digitization, or technology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Independent, proactive, and self-driven approach to work.

Nice to have

• UiPath Specialized AI Associate or Specialized AI Professional certification.
• Consulting or client-facing experience.
• Python coding skills or willingness to develop technical capabilities.
• Knowledge of process mining, low-code platforms, conversational AI, or UiPath Test Suite.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere or Power Automate.
