Intelligent Automation Engineer (UiPath): Delivering intelligent automation solutions for enterprise clients, including the conversion of unstructured and semi-structured data into structured data with an accent on UiPath, UiPath IXP, and client-focused solution delivery. Focus on analyzing client requirements, supporting project workstreams, designing data extraction automations, and building strong client relationships.
Location: Remote from anywhere in Mexico

What you will do
- Support automation project workstreams under senior guidance, contributing to scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Analyze data and business information and help prepare client recommendations.
- Collaborate with automation specialists to design and deliver solutions using UiPath.
- Build intelligent data extraction use cases with UiPath IXP for emails, contracts, invoices, and other unstructured or semi-structured data.
- Maintain client relationships and communicate with project teams, subject matter experts, and business users.
- Develop consulting skills and identify opportunities to add value to client engagements.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on UiPath experience.
- Practical experience with UiPath IXP (Intelligent Xtraction and Processing).
- Knowledge of at least one consulting area, such as strategy, transformation, digitization, or technology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.
- Excellent English communication skills required.
- Independent, proactive, and self-driven approach to work.
Nice to have
- UiPath Specialized AI Associate or Specialized AI Professional certification.
- Consulting or client-facing experience.
- Python coding skills or willingness to develop technical capabilities.
- Knowledge of process mining, low-code platforms, conversational AI, or UiPath Test Suite.
- Experience with Automation Anywhere or Power Automate.
