Location: Budapest, XI.; on-site Monday to Thursday and remote on Fridays

What you will do
- Lead complex technical and strategic initiatives to improve delivery.
- Mentor and coach engineers, set goals, support development, and provide feedback.
- Remain hands-on by designing, coding, reviewing, and testing features in an agile environment.
- Influence product architecture and design and deliver prototypes.
- Solve complex technical problems and turn them into business solutions.
- Communicate delivery status and technical strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience and at least 2 years in a managerial role within an agile environment.
- Experience as a hands-on technical lead who can guide engineers on technical questions.
- Familiarity with Python, Kubernetes, React, TypeScript, MySQL, and AWS.
- Experience with B2B SaaS, agile development, and complex technical initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong English and Hungarian communication skills.
- Commitment to process improvement and knowledge sharing.
