What you will do

• Plan, write, and optimize medical slide decks, medical articles, disease education materials, and product-related scientific communications.
• Design slide structures, storylines, key messages, chart logic, templates, content frameworks, and expression standards.
• Translate disease, product, clinical, and medical literature into clear, structured, audience-appropriate content.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Medical, Medical Review, Design, and content delivery teams to manage complex projects and deliver materials on time.
• Explore AI tools for information organization, draft generation, medical content production, and slide structure optimization.
• Provide content guidance and quality review support while developing reusable methodologies, templates, and best practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or another healthcare-related discipline.
• More than 6 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical communications, medical content, medical editing, or a related field.
• Strong experience in medical slide development, content architecture, scientific logic, slide expression, and audience communication.
• Ability to understand and integrate medical literature, clinical studies, clinical guidelines, expert consensus, and product materials.
• Strong medical writing, project management, cross-functional communication, risk awareness, and quality control skills.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical content compliance requirements and openness to AI-enabled digital content production.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical companies, medical communication agencies, medical education, or medical content platforms.
• Experience with medical content review, compliance processes, or AI-assisted content production.
