What you will do

  • Develop and optimize software applications, algorithms, and AI solutions for strategic technology challenges.
  • Prototype proof-of-concept solutions and validate new ideas and methodologies.
  • Formulate linear and integer optimization models using CPLEX/OPL, AMPL, or GUROBI.
  • Explore scalability and decomposition approaches for large-scale mixed integer programming and constraint programming models.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and functionality.
  • Analyze and visualize data while collaborating with cross-functional teams, academic partners, and industry-standardization groups.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and software modeling techniques.
  • Expertise in linear and integer optimization and algebraic modeling languages such as CPLEX/OPL, AMPL, or GUROBI.
  • Strong code review and optimization skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.
