DevOps Lead (GCP)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain Google Cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Manage Kubernetes and GKE environments for scalability, reliability, and efficient resource utilization.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Improve observability, logging, alerting, incident response, infrastructure security, and cost efficiency.
• Support analytics platforms and data pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, and BigQuery.
• Modernize hybrid infrastructure across Windows Server, Oracle, SQL Server, and legacy AWS environments while mentoring engineers and partnering with internal and external infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, or platform engineering.
• Advanced hands-on experience with GCP, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, state management, and drift detection.
• Production experience managing Kubernetes environments, preferably GKE.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins, plus strong knowledge of cloud networking, IAM, security, and automation.
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud and legacy infrastructure, with scripting skills in Python or Bash.
• Advanced English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Auth0, OIDC, Workload Identity, or modern identity management solutions.
• Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
• Experience with large-scale analytics infrastructure or previous DevOps leadership and mentoring.
