DevOps Lead (GCP)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain GCP cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Manage GKE and Kubernetes environments for scalability, reliability, and efficient resource utilization.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Improve observability, logging, alerting, incident response, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Support analytics platforms and data pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, Dagster, and BigQuery.
• Modernize hybrid infrastructure across Windows Server, Oracle, SQL Server, and legacy AWS environments while mentoring engineers and promoting DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Advanced English communication skills.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, site reliability engineering, or platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and advanced experience with Terraform, including state management and drift detection.
• Production experience managing Kubernetes environments, preferably GKE, and building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, IAM, security, infrastructure automation, and scripting with Python or Bash.
• Experience supporting hybrid environments and collaborating with data engineering, software engineering, and infrastructure partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Auth0, OIDC, Workload Identity, or modern identity management solutions.
• Knowledge of FinOps or cloud cost optimization practices.
• Experience supporting large-scale analytics or data platform infrastructure.
• Previous experience mentoring engineers or leading DevOps initiatives.
