Senior MSSQL Developer (Azure)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade data platforms using Azure SQL DB.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for high-volume data processing.
• Monitor database performance and implement indexing strategies.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Contribute to scalable application performance and intelligent search capabilities.
• Lead software design and development activities in a complex engineering environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of practical experience with MS SQL and SQL queries.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure Cloud.
• 5+ years of experience with Redis, Snowflake, and Cosmos DB.
• 2+ years of experience with Azure AI Search.
• Ability to work autonomously, solve complex technical problems, and communicate difficult concepts clearly.
• Availability to work from Ukraine, in Kyiv, Lviv, or Rivne.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance monitoring tools and automation.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
