QA Engineer (WordPress)

What you will do

• Plan, estimate, and execute testing activities for web, mobile, iOS, and Android applications.
• Perform functional, non-functional, regression, smoke, sanity, UAT, and exploratory testing.
• Create, maintain, and improve test cases, checklists, and test plans.
• Report, track, verify, and close defects using clear, reproducible documentation.
• Analyze requirements, identify edge cases, and suggest improvements before development begins.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on QA experience.
• Experience testing WordPress websites, including custom themes, plugins, Gutenberg, Elementor, and WooCommerce.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications, including cross-browser, cross-device, and responsive testing.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for identifying front-end issues.
• Hands-on API testing experience with Postman and practical experience with Jira or an equivalent bug-tracking system.
• Working English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher for documentation and team communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation tools.
• Basic understanding of performance and security testing principles.
