Payment Operations Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in Limassol, Cyprus

Company

hirify.global is expanding its Payments Operations Department in Cyprus to support increasing client and business needs.

What you will do

• Analyze, prioritize, and resolve payment operations issues.
• Coordinate with banks, payment systems, and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Execute manual payment operations.
• Participate in client document and account verification.
• Suggest new payment instruments and improve payment processes and customer experience.

Requirements

• Cyprus or EU citizenship, or a spouse visa.
• Experience in payment operations, customer support for payment solutions, or financial services.
• Excellent English and Russian.
• Computer proficiency.
• Experienced candidates are preferred; candidates for a junior position may be considered if familiar with payment processes or related fields.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Forex companies.
