Machine Learning Engineer (Generative AI)

What you will do

• Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning and generative AI models for hirify.global Flow Studio, an AI-powered VFX platform.
• Solve complex problems in visual effects, neural rendering, motion capture, and 3D content generation.
• Develop solutions using computer vision, deep learning, generative models, and photorealistic synthesis.
• Work on 3D pose estimation, motion reconstruction, and image- or video-based 3D modeling.
• Apply computer graphics, numerical optimization, and differentiable programming techniques.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in applied machine learning.
• Experience with deep learning and computer vision techniques, including CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, autoencoders, diffusion models, and transfer learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Understanding of computer graphics fundamentals, including rendering pipelines, shading, and simulation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Blender, Maya, Unreal, Unity, or other 3D tools and game engines.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
