Senior Data Scientist (Generative AI)

What you will do

• Design and deliver Generative AI solutions across the full lifecycle, from discovery to production deployment.
• Drive innovation in language models and AI-powered content generation for client projects.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps teams to integrate machine learning pipelines into enterprise environments.
• Build scalable AI infrastructure and delivery processes that improve reliability, reusability, and deployment efficiency.
• Align AI capabilities with business needs and measurable outcomes through collaboration with global enterprise clients.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and internal and external knowledge-sharing activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, NLP techniques, transformer models, diffusion models, GPT-class models, and open-source LLMs.
• Advanced Python experience and expertise with TensorFlow or PyTorch across model development and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end AI project lifecycle, including experimentation, operationalization, and cloud deployment.
• Advanced experience fine-tuning and applying deep learning models for text and image generation.
• Experience leading AI initiatives, communicating complex concepts clearly, and working with technical and non-technical stakeholders in client-facing environments.
• Upper-intermediate business English required.
