Senior Data Scientist (Generative AI)

Location: Ukraine; remote or office work.

What you will do

• Design and deliver Generative AI solutions from discovery and experimentation through production deployment.
• Develop language-generation and content-generation solutions using large language models and other deep learning approaches.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps specialists to productize and integrate machine learning pipelines.
• Build scalable AI infrastructure and delivery processes that improve reliability, reuse, and deployment efficiency.
• Work with global enterprise clients to align AI capabilities with business needs and measurable outcomes.
• Share knowledge through cross-functional initiatives and internal or external AI practices.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, NLP, transformer models, diffusion models, GPT-class models, and open-source LLMs.
• Advanced Python experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch for model development and deployment.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end AI project lifecycle, including experimentation, operationalization, and cloud deployment.
• Advanced experience fine-tuning deep learning models for text and image generation.
• Experience leading AI initiatives and translating complex technical concepts into business-relevant solutions.
• Upper-intermediate business English is required, along with strong communication and collaboration skills.
