Director, HTA, Value & Evidence (HV&E) - Obesity (HEOR)

Location: US any hirify.global site or Europe any hirify.global site; hybrid, with onsite work required 2–3 days per week. Ability to work across all US time zones and travel domestically and internationally is required.

Annual base salary: $176,600–$294,300, plus a 20% target bonus and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Develop and execute global evidence-generation strategies for obesity treatments in partnership with medical, clinical, commercial, statistics, access strategy, and pricing teams.
• Coordinate evidence needs from country and regional teams and incorporate them into global market access strategies across product launches and lifecycles.
• Design and oversee global HEOR studies, including network meta-analyses, non-interventional studies, registries, observational research, and economic models.
• Develop launch deliverables such as value and evidence strategies, global value dossiers, AMCP/JCA dossiers, systematic literature reviews, and reimbursement tools.
• Develop patient-reported outcomes strategies and incorporate humanistic and economic endpoints into clinical trials.
• Guide clinical trial design, payer and regulatory evidence strategies, dissemination of HEOR materials, and external research collaborations.

Requirements

• Graduate degree required, such as an MSc, MPH, MBA, PhD, PharmD, or DrPH.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience with an MSc/MPH/MBA, or at least 5 years with a PharmD/PhD/DrPH.
• Expertise in HEOR strategy, health economic modeling, patient-reported outcomes, statistics, real-world evidence, health services research, and observational study methods.
• Ability to independently manage complex non-interventional studies and multiple projects involving budgets, vendors, contracts, competing deadlines, and shifting priorities.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, project management, and mentoring abilities.
• Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the United States; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience in obesity therapies or supporting a global obesity launch.
• Experience with HTA organizations such as NICE, CADTH, PBAC, or ICER.
• Experience developing evidence strategies for reimbursement and cash-pay or direct-to-consumer channels.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot responsibly.
