Senior Cloud Security Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Greece, Thessaloniki-Chortiatis

What you will do

• Design, implement, and evolve security controls across AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments.
• Build and maintain reusable secure Infrastructure as Code modules, guardrails, and reference architectures using Terraform, OpenTofu, or similar tools.
• Automate security control provisioning, posture remediation, lifecycle management, compliance checks, and CI/CD security gates.
• Improve cloud security observability, monitoring, detection, alerting, and incident root-cause analysis.
• Engineer and secure infrastructure for Ping, SailPoint, CyberArk, and CrowdStrike Falcon LogScale on Amazon EKS.
• Evaluate and operationalize agentic security capabilities, including AI red-team and blue-team agents, automated penetration testing, vulnerability remediation, and hyperscaler-native security agents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 4 years of hands-on cloud, platform, or cloud security engineering experience.
• Production-scale experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and advanced Infrastructure as Code expertise, preferably Terraform.
• Strong automation and scripting skills, preferably Python, plus knowledge of cloud networking, identity, encryption, workload security, and cloud-native security services.
• Experience with CSPM/CNAPP, SIEM or log analytics, vulnerability management, or application security scanning.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives, make architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate in agile, cross-functional environments.

Nice to have

• Multi-cloud security experience, Kubernetes or EKS security, workload identity, admission control, and runtime security.
• Experience with IAM/SSO, identity governance, privileged access management, SIEM infrastructure, GitHub Advanced Security, secret scanning, or software supply chain security.
• Experience with AI or agentic security tooling, Spacelift, OpenTofu, GxP environments, or other highly regulated settings.
• AWS, Azure, or GCP Security Specialty, CCSP, CISSP, or equivalent certification.
