Senior Associate, Security (GRC)

What you will do

• Develop and implement information security policies, asset classification models, and risk assessment reports.
• Configure and monitor network performance to protect organizational infrastructure from cyber-attacks.
• Analyze business requirements to design and implement security controls within a management cycle.
• Perform GRC maturity assessments and coordinate SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits.
• Explore cybersecurity data science to identify patterns and innovate in risk quantification.
• Conduct technical security training and workshops to raise awareness of potential threats.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in GRC frameworks such as Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, or Regulatory Compliance.
• Strong understanding of security standards including ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Experience advising clients on regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and DORA.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into control objectives and security controls.
• Experience coordinating SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 audits.
• Must be based in or have work authorization for Athens, Greece.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CGEIT, or CERA.
• Skills in statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Basic knowledge of network, compute, and cloud computing.
• Experience in project management for security initiatives.
