Senior Fullstack NodeJS Developer (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of scalable web applications and core system modules.
• Own key systems and legacy components, improving technical debt, performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Design business-critical order, inventory, checkout, and payment workflows with attention to data consistency, concurrency, and failure handling.
• Build and maintain integrations with payment gateways, logistics providers, marketplaces, and AI services.
• Design databases and asynchronous processing with message queues, including transactions, indexing, retries, idempotency, and failure handling.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, roadmap planning, technical estimations, code reviews, mentoring, and engineering improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience with hands-on Node.js experience.
• Strong backend development skills with Node.js or proficiency in Golang or Elixir.
• Solid experience with React, Next.js, Vue.js, or equivalent frontend technologies.
• Experience with scalable architecture, distributed systems, e-commerce challenges, and system design.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or similar databases, plus RabbitMQ, Kafka, or comparable event-driven systems.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms, testing, production troubleshooting, technical decision-making, mentoring, and communication.
