TL;DR

Test Automation Engineer (Selenium): Leading test automation projects and designing, configuring, and maintaining automation frameworks for client solutions with an accent on automation strategy, testing tools, and CI/CD practices. Focus on conducting automation assessments, analyzing ROI, developing roadmaps, and providing technical training.

Location: Diegem, Belgium; hybrid work with 70% from home. The flex abroad program allows working abroad for up to 45 days.

What you will do

Lead test automation projects from strategy definition through implementation.
Design, configure, and maintain test automation frameworks and tools.
Support pre-sales activities by preparing proposals and client presentations.
Provide technical expertise and training on testing tools and automation strategies.
Conduct test automation assessments, ROI analyses, and roadmap development.

Requirements

Fluency in French or Dutch and English is required.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
At least 2 years of experience in test automation.
Experience with UFT, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Playwright, TOSCA, or similar test automation tools.
Programming experience with Java, Python, or C++.
Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, Maven, Jenkins, and GitHub.

Nice to have

Experience implementing structured test automation processes and aligning automation with manual testing workflows.
