Quality Specialist (Medtech)

Location: Onsite in Liège, Belgium

Salary: €43,000 – €53,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and finished kits to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Support product release by reviewing batch records and manufacturing documentation using the ERP system.
• Initiate Non-Conformance Events (NCEs) and assist in CAPA and quality improvement activities.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and participating in walk-around audits.
• Manage the Document Control process, including reviewing, routing, and approving Quality System documents.
• Maintain inspection and laboratory records and perform routine maintenance of the Quality Inspection area.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or related field.
• Experience working in a quality, laboratory, or regulated environment.
• Basic knowledge of GMP environments and ISO quality standards.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with ERP or eQMS platforms.
• Understanding of sampling plans and inspection activities.
