Senior Game Data Analyst (Gaming)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work with at least 2 days per week in the Barcelona office

What you will do

• Shape data-driven strategies, product roadmaps, features, and monetization for leading games.
• Analyze player behavior, game economies, and product performance with cross-functional teams.
• Design A/B tests and experimentation programs, applying causal inference to evaluate outcomes.
• Build predictive models for churn, lifetime value, segmentation, and other game performance metrics.
• Present actionable insights through clear storytelling and dashboards to senior leadership.
• Improve analytics tools and data pipelines, promote data literacy, and mentor analysts.

Requirements

• Experience in analytics or data science, preferably in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products.
• Strong business sense, product intuition, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, experimentation design, and applied statistics.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• English required for the application and professional communication. Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools is required.

• Experience with Bayesian methods.
• Experience mentoring or leading other analysts.
