TL;DR
Brand & Graphic Designer (B2B Technology/Space Analytics): Developing Hydrosat’s visual brand identity and creating marketing, digital, print, event, and corporate communications assets with an accent on translating complex technical information into clear visual communications. Focus on building reusable design systems, maintaining brand consistency across channels, and delivering high-quality presentations and campaign materials under competing deadlines.
Location: Hybrid work model with on-site locations in Luxembourg, Luxembourg, and Wageningen, Gelderland, Netherlands. Relocation to Luxembourg is supported, including a relocation bonus and Luxembourg tax advantages for relocators.

Hydrosat is a space and data analytics company building an Earth observation constellation and software platform using thermal infrared imagery for governments, defense agencies, agribusinesses, and critical infrastructure applications.
What you will do
- Own the day-to-day application and development of Hydrosat’s visual brand guidelines.
- Design sales presentations, brochures, one-pagers, infographics, digital assets, event materials, and marketing collateral for digital and print formats.
- Create campaign graphics, social media assets, email templates, website visuals, executive presentations, company announcements, and PR-related creatives.
- Develop reusable design templates and a centralized asset library to improve efficiency and brand consistency.
- Work with Product Marketing to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging visual communications.
- Coordinate with external design and production agencies when specialist expertise or additional capacity is required.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or a technical industry.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, as well as Figma.
- Experience designing for both digital and print formats.
- Strong presentation design skills, including PowerPoint.
- Ability to simplify complex information visually.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing deadlines.

- Basic video editing experience.
