What you will do

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, work instructions, and assembly guides.
• Manage the full document lifecycle from creation and version control to archiving.
• Ensure documentation compliance with internal standards and industry regulations like ISO 9001.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to verify technical information.
• Support the implementation and improvement of documentation processes and management systems.
• Contribute to audit readiness by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements

• Technical education or engineering degree required.
• Experience in technical documentation within manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Professional proficiency in English or German required.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with document management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, aviation, UAV, or defence industries.
• Familiarity with PLM systems and change management processes.
• Knowledge of quality management frameworks such as EN9100 or ISO 9001.
