Quantum Frontline Industries is a newly established German-Ukrainian defence joint venture between and Frontline Robotics, focused on industrial-scale European production of Ukrainian drones using German industrial automation.
What you will do
- Create, maintain, and improve technical documentation, including user manuals, work instructions, inspection procedures, assembly guides, and controlled documents.
- Translate complex technical information from Engineering and Production into clear, structured documentation.
- Manage document creation, review, approval, version control, distribution, archiving, and change traceability.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Flight Test, Supply Chain, and other departments to verify technical information.
- Support documentation processes, templates, document management systems, and audit readiness.
- Maintain consistency across products, manufacturing processes, and quality records.
Requirements
- Completed technical education, an engineering degree, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and controlling technical documentation in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, manufacturing processes, and engineering documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications and document management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, structured working methods, technical comprehension, communication, and organizational skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English or German.
Nice to have
- Experience in aerospace, aviation, UAV, electronics, defence, automotive, or mechanical engineering.
- Familiarity with change management, PLM systems, and documentation standards such as EN9100 or ISO 9001.
