What you will do

• Optimize sales routing and automations to improve scheduling efficiency within Calendly.
• Maintain and improve inbound chatbot workflows to handle routing and edge cases.
• Integrate and maintain sales stack tools including Calendly, Aircall, and CRM systems.
• Build AI and no-code workflows using tools like N8n, Make.com, Gemini, and Claude.
• Map revenue processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement technical fixes to support live sales deals.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program, ideally part-time or near graduation.
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level).
• Hands-on familiarity or strong comfort with sales tech stack tools such as Calendly, Avoma, Aircall, Superchat, or CRM systems.
• Experience or interest in workflow automation and AI platforms.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
