Game Product Manager (Monetization Manager)

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam; hybrid work model with office attendance.

What you will do

• Support the design and optimization of revenue strategies while balancing player engagement and monetization.
• Analyze player behavior, game features, modes, and performance data with the data analysis team.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and prepare monthly KPI reports and product reviews.
• Run A/B tests on events, offers, and shop configurations across player segments.
• Review game design documents, support forecasting and post-launch tracking, and recommend product improvements.
• Support the General Manager in defining product vision, annual direction, update scope, and quarterly objectives.

Requirements

• Experience or interest in game product management and monetization.
• Ability to work with performance data, KPIs, dashboards, and structured analysis.
• Understanding of A/B testing, player behavior, engagement, and revenue optimization.
• Ability to coordinate with design, development, marketing, liveops, economy design, and data teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Hanoi, Vietnam.
