- Strong understanding of KYC/AML procedures and client onboarding workflows.
- Experience in B2B sales with complex financial products or services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and help build processes from scratch.
- Existing network or minimum client base in fintech, payments, or merchant services.
- Languages: English, Russian.
