Associate Director, Transformation Delivery

Location: NSW, Australia; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working remotely

What you will do

• Own project plans, sprint cadence, achievement tracking, and delivery artefacts for assigned transformation workstreams.
• Lead stand-ups, planning cycles, governance ceremonies, and delivery reporting in line with hirify.global Delivery Methodology.
• Manage workstream scope, schedule, budget, change control, baselines, and RAIDC logs.
• Coordinate onshore, offshore, vendor, technical, and business teams, including workload allocation, velocity tracking, and cross-stream dependencies.
• Produce weekly RAG status updates and contribute to program-level Steering Committee and governance reporting.
• Coordinate release readiness, launch readiness, and sequencing with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Test Leads, and Technical Release Engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project or delivery management experience in IT or technology transformation environments.
• Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary delivery workstreams within large programs.
• Experience coordinating offshore and vendor teams.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Jira Align, including board management, sprint planning, story tracking, and dependency mapping.
• Experience with RAIDC management, status reporting, collaborator communication, and change control.
• Telecommunications industry experience and familiarity with BSS/OSS delivery or platform migration programs are essential.
