Onboarding Manager

Location: Hybrid role based at the Sydney office.

What you will do

• Own enterprise customer onboarding and product integration plans from kickoff through go-live, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate product, engineering, data science, customer success, customers, and external partners to maintain delivery momentum.
• Understand customer business context, data landscapes, stakeholder needs, and security considerations to define effective data connection approaches.
• Gather requirements and support customer IT and data teams in moving from manual data sharing to reliable, repeatable data flows.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; develop mitigation plans and escalate timeline risks early.
• Run retrospectives, track post-go-live metrics, and turn customer feedback into prioritized product and process improvements.

Requirements

• Approximately 5+ years of delivery experience in SaaS, technology, or data integration environments.
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management, including the ability to influence people without direct authority.
• Practical fluency with data and the ability to discuss cloud data platforms, data ingestion patterns, and pipeline tooling with technical teams.
• Clear communication skills for translating technical concepts to business stakeholders and business constraints to engineers.
• Analytical, methodical problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate root causes and manage ambiguity.
• Experience using data to track progress, measure outcomes, and improve repeatable processes.
