What you will do

• Build analytical tools, models, and data infrastructure for the Acuity Scheduling product.
• Evaluate product, financial, and operational performance and create strategic reports for senior leadership.
• Design and maintain scalable reporting systems, dashboards, metrics tracking, and alerts.
• Translate broad business questions into focused research, data exploration, and clear recommendations for non-technical partners.
• Develop analytical frameworks to assess business health and forecast outcomes for existing products and launches.
• Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor movements to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategy, process execution, business intelligence, dashboarding, reporting, or data analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Expert Excel or Google Sheets skills, including complex modeling, pivots, and advanced formulas.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, experimental design, and product analytics tools such as Amplitude.
• Experience designing and implementing metrics frameworks for business performance.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior audiences.
