Senior ServiceNow Developer/Consultant (ServiceNow/CI/CD): Configuring Change Management and Release Management applications and building ServiceNow integrations with CI/CD tools for a high-visibility healthcare proof of concept with an accent on workflow orchestration, REST APIs, and stakeholder-driven platform configuration. Focus on building the solution from scratch, delivering a working proof of concept, and defining recommendations for a broader implementation roadmap.

What you will do
- Configure ServiceNow Change Management and Release Management applications from the ground up for a proof of concept.
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate directly with the client’s Release and Environment teams to align the solution with real workflows.
- Deliver a working proof of concept and provide recommendations for a broader implementation roadmap.
- Apply ServiceNow configuration and coding standards to create a high-quality, extensible solution.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and integrations.
- Strong experience with Change Management and/or Release Management modules; experience with Change Velocity or Digital Product Release apps is advantageous.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with CI/CD tools using REST APIs, webhooks, and workflow orchestration.
- Solid understanding of the ServiceNow workflow engine and data model.
- Experience translating business workflows into platform configuration and working directly with client stakeholders.
- Upper-Intermediate English required.
Nice to have
- ServiceNow experience in healthcare or another regulated industry.
- Experience working in fast-moving, build-from-scratch proof-of-concept environments.
