Software Engineer, Mobile (Web3)

Salary: $133,752–$200,628 per year, plus potential performance bonus and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end mobile systems for iOS and Android, from architecture through launch.
• Apply knowledge of crypto products, blockchain technologies, and market dynamics to develop scalable solutions.
• Ship maintainable, production-quality code with documentation and test coverage.
• Break down complex engineering projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical consultation, and contribute to interviewing and onboarding.
• Use AI coding tools to improve development speed, code quality, and engineering workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience shipping production-quality mobile code on iOS and/or Android.
• Strong proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or React Native.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or Web3 environments.
• Experience integrating AI tools and developing skills in prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and emerging AI technologies.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DeFi protocols, wallet integrations, or on-chain data.
• Open-source contributions or experience with shared code repositories.
• Participation in developer communities.
• Experience in collaborative, fast-paced environments and responsible AI practices.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
