Manager, Biostatistics

What you will do

• Provide technical and strategic leadership for complex clinical and real-world data studies.
• Develop statistical analysis plans, including sample size and power calculations, and select appropriate methodologies.
• Lead and independently perform complex statistical analyses while addressing methodological challenges.
• Provide statistical support for regulatory submissions and translate research findings into actionable clinical and business insights.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Clinical/Medical, Data Science, scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor biostatisticians and conduct technical reviews, including SAP reviews and code validation.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant industry experience, or a master's degree with 6+ years.
• Expertise in advanced statistical analysis, experimental design, and survival analysis.
• Strong domain knowledge in oncology, cardiology, and/or genomics.
• Experience developing and reviewing statistical analysis plans and independently analyzing complex studies.
• Proficiency in R and relevant statistical software, including code review and validation.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
